The price includes accommodation, delicious meals and activities. The flights, however, are not included. If you would like advice on planning your travel, please reach out to us on our “Contact Us” page.

From the moment you reach our retreat destination, a member of our team will warmly welcome you at the nearest airport (or port) and shuttle you to the retreat grounds. We will take care of all transportation needs during the retreat and shuttle you back to the airport (or port) when our adventure together ends.

Of course! We will always schedule free time in our daily itinerary for you to read a book, journal or sunbathe. This is your retreat and you can always take the time off between activities to shop in town or go to a local beach. If you’d like any recommendations or suggestions, don’t hesitate to ask. We are happy to assist!

Yes, how you nourish your body throughout the retreat is of prime importance to us. In order to gain a clear understanding of your dietary preferences, allergies and intolerances, a questionnaire will be sent ahead of time.

Once you have registered for the retreat, we will send a list of recommended items to bring along with you. Furthermore, we will always remind you to bring the essentials such as valid travel documents, sunglasses, a water bottle and a bathing suit.
