Kima Wellness Collective is a passion project born from a deep desire to create space for balance, growth and connection. Inspired by the Greek word Kima (κύμα), meaning wave, we are moved by the natural rhythm of water - its power to flow, adapt, cleanse and renew.
With retreats being our starting point, we aim to build a community where individuals flourish and come together on a path to self-discovery and happiness.

Co-FounderMeet Kristina, a fun yet calming soul with a passion for creativity, movement and music. She is a certified Pilates Fusion instructor, enjoys dancing, curating playlists and cooking her friends delicious meals.
Having first hand experience in dealing with her own mental health she is passionate about promoting and embracing a holistic approach to tranquility. She hopes to inspire others to find their inner peace through mindful living, movement, self care practices and gratitude for all the amazing things life has to offer.

Meet Kamille, a Yoga instructor in training whose positive energy is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. She is an avid runner, loves a good self help book and being silly with those around her.
Her wellness journey began after her transformative divorce. Finding solace in self-discovery, she embarked on a quest for inner peace and well-being. This led to her desire in empowering others to embrace their true selves and encourage others to find balance and serenity amongst life’s challenges.
